I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location right in the center of Madrid made exploring so easy. but the noise from the rooftop bar on the top floor really disrupted my sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the quality of the breakfasts. yet, I felt service could improve, especially with room maintenance. Overall, it had its highlights but left room for improvement.
